Abstract:
Disclosed are a puncture enhancement method, device and system. The puncture enhancement method comprises the steps of: besides conventional B-scanning, transmitting a frame of large-angle deflection ultrasonic wave to enhance display of a puncture needle in an ultrasonic image (S10), detecting the position and the direction of the puncture needle by means of a magnetic navigation module in an ultrasonic probe (S20); specifying the transmission direction of a next large-angle deflection ultrasonic wave according to the detected position and the detected direction of the puncture needle, so that the large-angle deflection ultrasonic wave can enhance display of the puncture needle in the ultrasonic image in real time (S30); and finally, fusing the combined image frame obtained by means of conventional B-scanning and the large-angle deflection image frame on the puncture needle and nearby regions of the puncture needle (S40); and performing post-processing on the fused image frame, and performing imaging and display (S50). In the puncture enhancement method, the puncture needle is positioned by means of the magnetic navigation module in the ultrasonic probe, the transmission direction of the large-angle deflection ultrasonic wave is automatically adjusted, and the optimal enhancement effect is always achieved after the fusion.
