Abstract:
(EN) A nanoporous metal can be formed by projecting laser patterns using a spatial light modulator (SLM) onto a gold/silver alloy film immersed in diluted nitric acid solutions. Heat accumulation induced by the photothermal effect enables localized dealloying in dilute nitric acid. NPG micropatterns can be formed at the irradiated spots while the surrounding alloy remains intact.
(FR) Selon l'invention, un métal nanoporeux peut être formé par projection de motifs laser à l'aide d'un modulateur spatial de lumière (SLM) sur un film d'alliage or/argent immergé dans des solutions diluées d'acide nitrique. L'accumulation de chaleur induite par l'effet photothermique permet un désalliage localisé dans l'acide nitrique dilué. Des micromotifs d'or nanoporeux peuvent être formés au niveau des points irradiés tandis que l'alliage environnant reste intact.
