(EN)The present invention relates to a multi-stage porous plug, which overcomes limitations of product length and upper and lower part property deviation of the product since porous parts coming into contact with molten steel so as to inject gas therethrough are formed into multiple stages, enables the remaining porous part to be easily checked during hot rolling since the porous parts of each stage have different sizes and cross-sectional shapes, has effects of reducing workload and saving costs according to an increase in usage lifespan, has excellent operation stability by enabling the estimation of expected lifespan and safe remainder confirmation to be easily identified, and comprises: a upper porous part having a plurality of pores; a lower porous part having a plurality of pores and provided at the lower part of the upper porous part; a porous indicator part having a plurality of pores, provided at the lower part of the lower porous part, and having a cross section shape different from that of the lower porous part; and a sleeve part for encompassing the upper porous part, the lower porous part, and the indicator part.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un bouchon poreux à plusieurs étages, qui permet : de s'affranchir des limitations de longueur du produit et d'écart de propriétés entre la partie supérieure et la partie inférieure du produit, car des parties poreuses entrant en contact avec de l'acier fondu de façon à y injecter du gaz sont formées en plusieurs étages; de vérifier facilement la partie poreuse restante pendant un laminage à chaud, car les parties poreuses de chaque étage possèdent des tailles et des formes de section transversale différentes; de réduire la charge de travail et les coûts selon l'augmentation de la durée de vie d'utilisation; de bénéficier d'une excellente stabilité de fonctionnement en permettant l'estimation de la durée de vie attendue et la confirmation de la durée de vie restante de façon sûre. Ledit bouchon poreux à plusieurs étages comprend : une partie poreuse supérieure possédant une pluralité de pores; une partie poreuse inférieure possédant une pluralité de pores et disposée au niveau de la partie inférieure de la partie poreuse supérieure; une partie poreuse indicatrice possédant une pluralité de pores, disposée au niveau de la partie inférieure de la partie poreuse inférieure, et possédant une forme de section transversale différente de celle de la partie poreuse inférieure; et une partie manchon pour entourer la partie poreuse supérieure, la partie poreuse inférieure et la partie indicatrice.
