(EN)In a method for manufacturing a highly stretchable three-dimensional conductive nano-network structure, a three-dimensional nano-structured porous elastomer comprising patterns distributed in a periodic network type is formed. A surface of the three-dimensional nano-structured porous elastomer is modified into a hydrophilic state. A polymeric material is conformally attached onto the surface of the three-dimensional nano-structured porous elastomer. The surface of the three-dimensional nano-structured porous elastomer is wetted by infiltration of a conductive solution in which a conductive material is dispersed. A solvent of the conductive solution is evaporated and the polymeric material is removed, thereby forming a three-dimensional conductive network combined with the three-dimensional nano-structured porous elastomer.
(FR)Dans un procédé de fabrication d'une structure de nano-réseau conducteur tridimensionnel hautement étirable, un élastomère poreux nano-structuré tridimensionnel comprenant des motifs répartis dans un type de réseau périodique est formé. Une surface de l'élastomère poreux nano-structuré tridimensionnel est modifiée dans un état hydrophile. Un matériau polymère est fixé de manière conforme sur la surface de l'élastomère poreux tridimensionnel nano-structuré. La surface de l'élastomère poreux tridimensionnel nano-structuré est mouillée par infiltration d'une solution conductrice dans laquelle un matériau conducteur est dispersé. (KO)고신축성 3차원 전도성 나노 네트워크 구조체의 제조 방법에서, 주기적인 망상으로 분포된 패턴을 포함하는 3차원 나노 구조화된 다공성 탄성체를 형성한다. 3차원 나노 구조화된 다공성 탄성체의 표면을 친수성 상태로 변화시킨다. 3차원 나노 구조화된 다공성 탄성체의 표면 상에 고분자 물질을 콘포말(conformal) 접착시킨다. 전도성 물질이 분산된 전도성 용액을 함침(infiltration)하여 3차원 나노 구조화된 다공성 탄성체의 표면을 웨팅(wetting)시킨다. 전도성 용액의 용매를 증발시키고 고분자 물질을 제거하여, 3차원 나노 구조화된 다공성 탄성체와 결합된 3차원 전도성 네트워크를 형성한다.
