Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a novel nucleoside derivative or a salt thereof, a reagent for synthesizing a polynucleotide, a method for producing a polynucleotide, a polynucleotide, and a method for producing a binding nucleic acid molecule. This nucleoside derivative or a salt thereof is characterized by being represented by chemical formula (1). [Chem. 1] In chemical formula (1), Su represents an atomic group having a sugar backbone in the nucleoside residue or an atomic group having a sugar phosphate backbone in the nucleotide residue, which may or may not have a protecting group, L1 and L2 each independently represent a linear or branched saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon group having 2-10 carbon atoms, X1 and X2 each independently represent an imino group (-NR1-), an ether group (-O-), or a thioether group (-S-), and R1 represents a hydrogen atom or a linear or branched saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon group having 2-10 carbon atoms.
(FR) L'invention concerne un nouveau dérivé de nucléoside ou un sel de celui-ci, un réactif pour synthétiser un polynucléotide, un procédé de production d'un polynucléotide, un polynucléotide, et un procédé de production d'une molécule d'acide nucléique de liaison. Ce dérivé de nucléoside ou un sel de ce dernier, est caractérisé en ce qu'il est représenté par la formule chimique (1). [Chem. 1] Dans la formule chimique (1), Su représente un groupe atomique ayant un squelette de sucre dans le résidu nucléosidique ou un groupe atomique ayant un squelette de phosphate de sucre dans le résidu de nucléotide, qui peut avoir ou non un groupe de protection, L 1 et L 2 représentent chacun indépendamment un groupe hydrocarboné saturé ou insaturé linéaire ou ramifié ayant 2 à 10 atomes de carbone, X 1 et X 2 représentent chacun indépendamment un groupe imino (-NR 1 -), un groupe éther (-O-), ou un groupe thioéther (-S-), et R 1 représente un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe hydrocarboné saturé ou insaturé linéaire ou ramifié ayant de 2 à 10 atomes de carbone.
(JA) 新たなヌクレオシド誘導体またはその塩、ポリヌクレオチドの合成試薬、ポリヌクレオチドの製造方法、ポリヌクレオチド、および結合核酸分子の製造方法を提供する。 本発明のヌクレオシド誘導体またはその塩は、下記化学式(1)で表されることを特徴とする。 【化1】 前記化学式(1)中、 Suは、ヌクレオシド残基における糖骨格を有する原子団またはヌクレオチド残基における糖リン酸骨格を有する原子団であり、保護基を有しても有しなくてもよく、 LおよびLは、それぞれ独立して、直鎖もしくは分枝状の飽和もしくは不飽和の炭素数2~10の炭化水素基であり、 XおよびXは、それぞれ独立して、イミノ基(-NR-)、エーテル基(-O-)、またはチオエーテル基(-S-)であり、 Rは、水素原子または直鎖もしくは分枝状の飽和もしくは不飽和の炭素数2~10の炭化水素基である。
