Abstract:
(EN) An insulated wire which has an insulating layer on the outer circumference of one conductor or each one of a plurality of conductors, while having an adhesive layer on the outer circumference of the insulating layer. The adhesive layer has a thickness of 2-200 μm; and a resin constituting the adhesive layer does not have a melting point and has a tensile modulus of elasticity of from 0.6 × 107 to 10 × 107 Pa at 250°C, while having a substance that has two or more amino groups in the surface of the adhesive layer. A coil which is formed of this insulated wire; and an electrical/electronic device which uses this coil.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un fil isolé qui comporte une couche isolante sur la circonférence externe d'un conducteur ou de chaque conducteur d'une pluralité de conducteurs, tout en ayant une couche adhésive sur la circonférence externe de la couche isolante. La couche adhésive présente une épaisseur comprise entre 2 et 200 µm ; et une résine constituant la couche adhésive ne présente pas de point de fusion et présente un module d'élasticité en traction compris entre 0,6 × 107 et 10 × 107 Pa à 250 °C, tout en ayant une substance qui comporte au moins deux groupes amino dans la surface de la couche adhésive. La présente invention porte également sur une bobine qui est composée de ce fil isolé ; et sur un dispositif électrique/électronique qui utilise cette bobine.
(JA) 単体または複数のそれぞれの導体の外周に絶縁層を有し、該絶縁層の外周に接着層を有する絶縁電線であって、前記接着層の厚さが2~200μmであり、前記接着層を構成する樹脂が、融点を持たず、250℃における引張弾性率が0.6×10~10×10Paであり、かつアミノ基を2個以上持つ物質を前記接着層表面に有する樹脂である絶縁電線、前記絶縁電線からなるコイル、および前記コイルを用いた電気・電子機器。
