Abstract:
(EN) The present disclosure relates to an imaging element, a method for driving same, and an electronic device with which it is possible to speed up the switching of operation modes. The imaging element is provided with a pixel area in which a plurality of pixels are arranged in matrix form and a vertical drive circuit for driving these pixels in individual lines. The vertical drive circuit has a positive power supply and a negative power supply for supplying electric power to an output element that outputs a drive signal that drives the pixels, and a control element for controlling a current flowing between wiring that outputs electric power from the positive power supply and the negative power supply and a ground level in accordance with a pulse of a prescribed pulse width when switching operation modes. The present feature can be applied to, for example, an imaging element provided with a plurality of operation modes.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un élément d'imagerie, son procédé de commande, et un dispositif électronique avec lequel il est possible d'accélérer la commutation de modes de fonctionnement. L'élément d'imagerie est pourvu d'une zone de pixels dans laquelle une pluralité de pixels sont agencés sous forme de matrice, et d'un circuit d'entraînement vertical pour entraîner ces pixels dans des lignes individuelles.
