Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a hollow molded article that comes into contact with high-pressure hydrogen and has a bonded section at which two or more split bodies are bonded by welding, wherein the hollow molded article is characterized in that the average spherulites size in a portion extending 500 μm inward from the surface of the hollow molded article is 20 μm or less, and the tensile strength of a test piece including the bonded section of the hollow molded article is 80% or higher in relation to the tensile strength of a test piece that does not include the bonded section of the hollow molded article. The present invention provides a hollow molded article that is brought into contact with high-pressure hydrogen and that has a bonded section, in which the occurrence of cracking at the bonded section can be inhibited even when the filling of the hollow molded article with high-pressure hydrogen and the releasing of the pressure of the high-pressure hydrogen are repeated.
(FR) L'invention concerne un article moulé creux qui vient en contact avec de l'hydrogène à haute pression et a une section liée au niveau de laquelle au moins deux corps fendus sont liés par soudage, l'article moulé creux étant caractérisé en ce que la taille moyenne des sphérulites dans une partie s'étendant sur 500 µm vers l'intérieur à partir de la surface de l'article moulé creux est de 20 µm ou moins, et la résistance à la traction d'une pièce d'essai comprenant la section liée de l'article moulé creux est de 80 % ou plus par rapport à la résistance à la traction d'une pièce d'essai qui ne comprend pas la section liée de l'article moulé creux. La présente invention concerne un article moulé creux qui est mis en contact avec de l'hydrogène à haute pression et qui a une section liée, dans lequel l'apparition de fissuration au niveau de la section liée peut être empêchée même lorsque le remplissage de l'article moulé creux avec de l'hydrogène à haute pression et la libération de la pression de l'hydrogène à haute pression sont répétés.
(JA) 2つ以上の分割体を溶着により接合した接合箇所を有する中空成形品であって、前記中空成形品は、前記中空成形品の表面から500μm内側の部分における平均球晶サイズが20μm以下であり、前記中空成形品の接合箇所を含む試験片の引張強度が、前記中空成形品の接合箇所を含まない試験片の引張強度に対して80%以上であることを特徴とする、高圧水素に触れる中空成形品。高圧水素の充填および放圧を繰り返しても溶着部での亀裂の発生を抑制できる、溶着部を有する高圧水素に触れる中空成形品を提供する。
