Abstract:
(EN) This manufacturing method is a method for obtaining a track member (11) or a moving member (13) by carrying out a process that includes a die/outer-layer member preparation step for preparing a die/outer-layer member (32), a prepreg lamination step for using an adhesive to cause a prepreg (311) to adhere to the die/outer-layer member (32), a heating/pressurizing step for obtaining a molded product of a track member or a moving member by applying heating or pressurization to a half-molded product of a track member or a moving member obtained through the prepreg lamination step, and a finishing step for obtaining a final product as a track member (11) or a moving member (13) by finishing the molded product obtained in the heating/pressurizing step. This manufacturing method is a novel technical method for applying FRP to a movement-guiding device.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication permettant d'obtenir un élément chemin de roulement (11) ou un élément mobile (13) au moyen de la mise en œuvre d'un procédé comprenant une étape de préparation d'un élément matrice/couche externe servant à préparer un élément matrice/couche externe (32), une étape de stratification de préimprégné utilisant un adhésif destiné à causer l'adhésion d'un préimprégné (311) à l'élément matrice/couche externe (32), une étape de chauffage/mise sous pression servant à obtenir un produit moulé d'un élément chemin de roulement ou d'un élément mobile par application de chaleur ou de pression à un produit semi-moulé d'un élément chemin de roulement ou d'un élément mobile obtenu à l'aide de l'étape de stratification de préimprégné, et une étape de finition servant à obtenir un produit final sous la forme d'un élément chemin de roulement (11) ou d'un élément mobile (13) par finition du produit moulé obtenu dans l'étape de chauffage/mise sous pression. Ce procédé de fabrication est un nouveau procédé technique d'application de FRP à un dispositif de guidage de déplacement.
(JA) この製造方法は、金型兼外層部材(32)を準備する金型兼外層部材準備工程と、金型兼外層部材(32)に対して接着剤を用いてプリプレグ(311)を貼り合わせていくプリプレグ積層工程と、プリプレグ積層工程を経て得られた軌道部材又は移動部材の半成形品に対して加熱又は加圧を加えることで、軌道部材又は移動部材の成形品を得る加熱・加圧工程と、加熱・加圧工程において得られた成形品に対して仕上げ加工を行うことで、軌道部材(11)又は移動部材(13)としての最終成品を得る仕上げ加工工程と、を含む処理を実行することで、軌道部材(11)又は移動部材(13)を得る方法である。この製造方法は、運動案内装置にFRPを適用するための新たな技術方法である。
