Abstract:
(EN) The present invention suppresses radiation deterioration of a soft vinyl chloride resin composition when the absorbed dose of γ rays is on the order of megagrays. Flexible hoses and flexible tubes, the deterioration of which by radiation is suppressed, are provided using said resin composition. This radiation-resistant vinyl chloride resin composition contains 100 parts by weight of a vinyl chloride resin, a plasticizer, and 5-50 parts by weight of carbon black or graphite powder, and has a Durometer A hardness of50-95 HDA before γ-ray irradiation.
(FR) La présente invention supprime la détérioration due au rayonnement d'une composition souple de résine de chlorure de vinyle lorsque la dose absorbée de rayons γ est de l'ordre des mégagrays. Des tuyaux souples et des tubes souples, dont la détérioration par rayonnement est supprimée, sont obtenus à l'aide de ladite composition de résine. Cette composition de résine de chlorure de vinyle résistant au rayonnement contient 100 parties en poids d'une résine de chlorure de vinyle, un plastifiant et 5-50 parties en poids de poudre de noir de carbone ou de graphite et présente une dureté au duromètre A de 50-95 HDA avant l'irradiation par des rayons γ.
(JA) 軟質塩化ビニル樹脂組成物の、γ線の吸収線量がメガグレイのオーダーにおける放射線劣化を抑制する。当該樹脂組成物を用いて、放射線による劣化が抑制された可撓性ホースや可撓性チューブを提供する。本発明の耐放射線塩化ビニル樹脂組成物は、塩化ビニル樹脂100重量部と、可塑剤と、カーボンブラックまたは黒鉛粉末5重量部以上50重量部以下を含有すると共に、γ線照射前のデュロA硬度が50HDA以上95HDA以下である。
