Title: ELECTRIC STORAGE CAPACITY ESTIMATION DEVICE, METHOD AND PROGRAM
Abstract:
In an electric storage capacity estimation device of an embodiment of the present invention, a current integration value calculation unit calculates a current integration value by integrating the current of a secondary battery system, detected by a current sensor, for which the capacity is to be estimated. An SOC estimation value calculation unit calculates an SOC estimation value in a static state, in which there is relatively little change per unit of time in the SOC of the secondary batteries constituting the secondary battery system. A regression analysis unit uses the current integration value as a dependent variable and the SOC estimation value as an independent variable to perform regression analysis on the basis of the determined coefficient value, while correcting the current integration value such that the regression analysis has a prescribed accuracy. An estimation unit estimates the capacity of the secondary battery system on the basis of the regression analysis results, so it is possible to ascertain the capacity (dischargeable capacity when fully charged: unit of Ah) of the electric storage battery in the electric storage system while the system is operating.
