Abstract:
(EN) A building system controller for controlling an environment in a region of a building. The controller is coupled to a building system and operable to change a state of the building system. The controller comprises a processor and a receiver coupled to the processor, the receiver being operable to incidentally observe a wireless signal from an electronic device in the region of the building. The processor is configured to determine whether the observed signal satisfies a predetermined control criterion, and the controller is configured to change a state of the building system in dependence on the determination that the control criterion is satisfied.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de commande de système de bâtiment qui permet de surveiller l'environnement dans une zone d'un bâtiment. Le dispositif de commande est couplé à un système de bâtiment et permet de modifier l'état du système de bâtiment. Le dispositif de commande comprend un processeur et un récepteur couplé au processeur, le récepteur permettant d'observer accessoirement un signal sans fil provenant d'un dispositif électronique dans la zone du bâtiment. Le processeur est configuré pour déterminer si le signal observé remplit un critère de commande prédéterminé, et le dispositif de commande est configuré pour modifier l'état du système de bâtiment s'il est déterminé que le critère de commande est rempli.
