Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed embodiments relate to a method for determining an estimate of a value relating to a parameter of a wireless receiver device, comprising: (1) obtaining first data relating to the wireless receiver device and/or the state of the positioning system; (2) establishing, based on the first data, a plurality of hypotheses regarding at least one device parameter value of the wireless receiver device; (3) obtaining second data descriptive of at least two EM signals actually received by the wireless receiver device from a set of at least two transmitters, respectively; (4) determining at least two levels of correspondence between I) at least two of the plurality of hypotheses and II) one or more signal parameter values relating to the at least two actually received EM signals, respectively; and (5) determining, based on the at least two determined levels of correspondence, an estimate relating to a parameter of the wireless receiver device.
(FR) Des modes de réalisation de l'invention concernent un procédé de détermination d'une estimation d'une valeur concernant un paramètre d'un dispositif récepteur sans fil comprenant : (1) l'obtention de premières données concernant le dispositif récepteur sans fil et/ou l'état du système de positionnement ; (2) l'établissement, en fonction des premières données, d'une pluralité d'hypothèses concernant au moins une valeur de paramètre de dispositif du dispositif récepteur sans fil ; (3) l'obtention de secondes données décrivant au moins deux signaux EM réellement reçus par le dispositif récepteur sans fil en provenance d'un ensemble d'au moins deux émetteurs, respectivement ; (4) la détermination d'au moins deux niveaux de correspondance entre I) au moins deux hypothèses de la pluralité d'hypothèses et II) une ou plusieurs valeurs de paramètre de signal concernant lesdits signaux EM réellement reçus, respectivement ; et (5) la détermination, en fonction desdits niveaux de correspondance déterminés, d'une estimation concernant un paramètre du dispositif récepteur sans fil.
