Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing a flexibly rolled flat steel product made of a high-strength manganese steel and having final thicknesses that vary as required from section to section. In order to achieve a high maximum degree of deformation, the following method steps are proposed: providing a galvanized or non-galvanized hot or cold strip with an alloy composition containing (in wt%): C: 0.0005 to 0.9; Mn: 4 to 12; Al: up to 10; P: <0.1; S: <0.1; N: <0.1; the remainder being iron, including unavoidable steel-alloying elements, with optional addition of one or more of the following elements (in wt%): Si: up to 6; Cr: up to 6; Nb: up to 1; V: up to 1.5; Ti: up to 1.5; Mo: up to 3; Sn: up to 0.5; Cu: up to 3; W: up to 5; Co: up to 8; Zr: up to 0.5; Ta: up to 0.5; Te: up to 0.5: B: up to 0.15; - flexibly rolling the hot or cold strip in one rolling step or in multiple rolling steps to the final thicknesses that vary as required from section to section, with the hot or cold strip at a temperature of 60°C to below Ac3, preferably from 60°C to 450°C, prior to the first rolling step. The invention also relates to a method for producing a hot or cold strip made of a high-strength manganese steel and to a flat steel product which is flexibly rolled according to said method.

L'invention concerne également un procédé pour la production d'une bande laminée à chaud ou à froid constituée par un acier contenant du manganèse hautement solide ainsi qu'un produit plat en acier laminé de manière flexible selon le procédé.

Um einen hohen maximalen Umformgrad zu realisieren, werden die folgenden Verfahrensschritte vorgeschlagen: -Bereitstellen eines Warm-oder Kaltbandes, verzinkt oder unverzinkt, mit einer Legierungszusammensetzung enthaltend (in Gewichts-%): C: 0,0005 bis 0,9; Mn: 4 bis 12; Al: bis 10; P: < 0,1; S: < 0,1; N: < 0,1; Rest Eisen einschließlich unvermeidbarer stahlbegleitender Elemente, mit optionaler Zulegierung von einem oder mehreren der folgenden Elemente (in Gewichts-%): Si: bis 6; Cr: bis 6; Nb: bis 1; V: bis 1,5; Ti: bis 1,5; Mo: bis 3; Sn: bis 0,5; Cu: bis 3; W: bis 5; Co: bis 8; Zr: bis 0,5; Ta: bis 0,5; Te: bis 0,5: B: bis 0,15, -Flexibles Walzen des Warm-oder Kaltbandes in einem Walzschritt oder mehreren Walzschritten auf die abschnittsweise geforderten Enddicken mit einer Temperatur des Warm-oder Kaltbandes von 60 °C bis unterhalb Ac3, vorzugsweise von 60 °C bis 450 °C, vor dem ersten Walzschritt. Auch betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Warm-oder Kaltbandes aus einem hochfesten manganhaltigen Stahl sowie ein nach dem Verfahren flexibel gewalztes Stahlflachprodukt.
