Abstract:
(EN) The invention proposes formaldehyde-free active substance capsules containing or consisting of a liquid core, at least one inner and one outer covering, obtainable or obtained from the following steps: (a) providing an oil phase containing at least one lipophilic active substance and optionally at least one stabiliser; (b) mixing the oil phase with at least one polyisocyanate; (c) providing an aqueous phase containing at least one polymer double bond component; (d) emulsifying the oil phase from step (b) with the aqueous phase from step (c); (e) mixing the emulsion from step (d) with a polyamine; (f) mixing the emulsion from step (e) with at least one aromatic alcohol and at least one aliphatic or aromatic aldehyde other than formaldehyde and optionally at least one film-forming polymer; (g) optionally mixing the emulsion from step (f) with a cross-linking agent; and (h) optionally separating and drying the optionally cross-linked capsules.
(FR) L'invention concerne des capsules de substances actives exemptes de formaldéhyde contenant un noyau liquide, au moins une enveloppe interne et une enveloppe externe ou constituées de ces éléments, les capsules étant ou pouvant être obtenues par les étapes consistant à : (a) produire une phase huileuse contenant au moins une substance active lipophile ainsi qu'éventuellement au moins un agent stabilisant; (b) mélanger la phase huileuse avec au moins un polyisocyanate; (c) produire une phase aqueuse contenant au moins un composant polymère à doubles liaisons; (d) émulsionner la phase huileuse de l'étape (b) avec la phase aqueuse de l'étape (c); (e) mélanger l'émulsion de la phase (d) avec une polyamine; (f) mélanger l'émulsion de la phase (e) avec au moins un alcool aromatique et au moins un aldéhyde aliphatique ou aromatique différent du formaldéhyde ainsi qu'éventuellement au moins un polymère filmogène; (g) éventuellement mélanger l'émulsion de la phase (f) avec un agent de réticulation; et (h) éventuellement séparer et sécher les capsules éventuellement réticulées.
(DE) Vorgeschlagen werden formaldehydfreie Wirkstoffkapseln enthaltend oder bestehend aus einem flüssigen Kern, mindestens einer inneren und einer äußeren Hülle, durch folgende Schritte erhältlich oder erhalten: (a) Bereitstellen einer Ölphase enthaltend mindestens einen lipophilen Wirkstoff sowie gegebenenfalls mindestens einem Stabilisator; (b) Versetzen der Ölphase mit mindestens einem Polyisocyanat; (c) Bereitstellen einer wässrigen Phase enthaltend mindestens eine polymere Doppelbin- dungskomponente; (d) Emulgierung der Ölphase aus Schritt (b) mit der wässrigen Phase aus Schritt (c); (e) Versetzen der Emulsion aus Schritt (d) mit einem Polyamin, (f) Versetzen der Emulsion aus Schritt (e) mit mindestens einem aromatischen Alkohol und mindestens einem von Formaldehyd verschiedenen aliphatischen oder aromati- schen Aldehyd sowie gegebenenfalls mindestens einem filmbildenden Polymer; (g) gegebenenfalls Versetzen der Emulsion aus Schritt (f) mit einem Vernetzungsmittel; und (h) gegebenenfalls Abtrennen und Trocknen der gegebenenfalls vernetzten Kapseln.
