Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a fingerprint photocurrent detection unit, a fingerprint identifier, a driving method and a display device. The fingerprint photocurrent detection unit comprises: a conversion circuit (11) connected to a fingerprint photocurrent reading line (RL) and used for converting fingerprint photocurrent read by the fingerprint photocurrent reading line (RL) to a square wave signal; and a detection circuit (12) connected to the conversion circuit (11) and used for detecting the square wave signal and acquiring fingerprint photocurrent information by means of the frequency of the square wave signal.
(FR) L'invention concerne une unité de détection de courant photoélectrique d'empreintes digitales, un identificateur d'empreintes digitales, un procédé de commande et un dispositif d'affichage. L'unité de détection de courant photoélectrique d'empreintes digitales comprend : un circuit de conversion (11) connecté à une ligne de lecture (RL) de courant photoélectrique d'empreintes digitales et utilisé pour convertir un courant photoélectrique d'empreintes digitales lu par la ligne de lecture (RL) de courant photoélectrique d'empreintes digitales à un signal d'onde carrée ; et un circuit de détection (12) connecté au circuit de conversion (11) et utilisé pour détecter le signal d'onde carrée et acquérir des informations de courant photoélectrique d'empreintes digitales au moyen de la fréquence du signal d'onde carrée.
(ZH) 一种指纹光电流检测单元、指纹识别器、驱动方法和显示装置。所述指纹光电流检测单元包括:转换电路(11),与指纹光电流读取线(RL)连接,用于将所述指纹光电流读取线(RL)读取的指纹光电流转换为方波信号;以及,检测电路(12),与所述转换电路(11)连接,用于检测所述方波信号,并通过所述方波信号的频率得到指纹光电流信息。
