Abstract:
(EN) A bearing state monitoring control method and control apparatus (20, 30), and a monitoring device and a monitoring method. The control method comprises: during the running process of a bearing, acquiring an autorotation speed of a rolling element (43) of the bearing when passing through each monitoring point, wherein the monitoring point is arranged around the circumferential direction of the bearing (S11); and determining the states of the rolling element (43), a holder, a rotational ring and an irrotational ring of the bearing according to the autorotation speed (S12), so that the failure of all the parts of the bearing, particularly the rolling element (43) and the holder, can be effectively monitored.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil de commande (20, 30) de surveillance d'état de palier et un dispositif et un procédé de surveillance. Le procédé de commande comprend les étapes suivantes : pendant le processus de roulement d'un palier, acquisition d'une vitesse d'autorotation d'un élément roulant (43) du palier lors du passage à travers chaque point de surveillance, le point de surveillance étant disposé autour de la direction circonférentielle du palier (S11) ; et détermination des états de l'élément roulant (43), d'un support, d'un anneau rotatif et d'un anneau non rotatif du roulement en fonction de la vitesse d'autorotation (S12), de sorte que la défaillance de toutes les parties du palier, en particulier de l'élément roulant (43) et du support, puisse être surveillée efficacement.
(ZH) 一种轴承状态监测控制方法及控制装置(20、30)、监测设备、监测方法,其中控制方法包括:在轴承运转过程中,获取轴承的滚动体(43)在经过各个监测点时的自转速率,监测点围绕轴承的圆周方向设置(S11);根据自转速率,判定轴承的滚动体(43)、保持架、转动圈和非转动圈的状态(S12),从而能够对轴承的各零件,特别是滚动体(43)及保持架的故障进行有效监测。
