Title: ONLINE ACQUISITION METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR LOAD OF BEARING, AND METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR EVALUATING LIFETIME OF BEARING
Abstract:
An online acquisition method and apparatus for a load of a bearing, and a method and apparatus for evaluating the lifetime of a bearing. The acquisition method comprises: establishing a multi-body dynamics model of a bearing service system (S10); obtaining a transfer function and an inverse transfer function based on the multi-body dynamics model (S20); during the operation process of the bearing service system, collecting a response signal produced by the bearing service system under the excitation of a load of a bearing (S30); and obtaining the load of the bearing by using a virtual iteration method and based on the transfer function, the inverse transfer function and the response signal (S40). By means of the acquisition method, a transfer function and an inverse transfer function of a bearing service system and a response signal of the bearing service system that can be easily collected can be used to perform virtual iteration, so as to obtain an online load of a bearing that cannot be easily measured. Since a real bearing service system is simulated by means of a multi-body dynamics model, the present invention not only has strong universality and cannot damage the bearing service system, but also can save on costs due to less use of hardware.
