Title: METHOD FOR QUANTITATIVELY ANALYZING MODULE CHANGE IN BIOMOLECULAR NETWORKS BEFORE AND AFTER DRUG INTERVENTION
Abstract:
A quantitative analysis method, the method being used for quantitatively comparing a degree of change of modules of biomolecular networks before and after drug intervention. The method integrates module topological parameters having different dimensions (attributes), constructs and quantifies a global, comprehensive index of module change, and quantitatively analyzes and compares the degree of change of the modules of the biomolecular networks before and after drug intervention. The method comprises: 1) constructing a biomolecular network before drug intervention and a biomolecular network after drug intervention, and identifying a module of the biomolecular network before drug intervention and a module of the biomolecular network after drug intervention; 2) matching modules of the biomolecular networks before and after drug intervention that indicate a change, and determining a pair of modules indicating a change; and 3) integrating topological parameters indicating different dimensions of the modules, combining weights of the topological parameters, constructing a comprehensive module evaluation system, and calculating an overall conformational change of the modules of the biomolecular networks before and after drug intervention. The present invention can be applied in the fields of bionetwork analysis, new drug design and development, pharmacological mechanism research, and the like.
