Abstract:
(EN) The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for providing wireless power to implanted devices. Consistent with some embodiments, a power system (500) for providing wireless power to a device implanted in a body of an individual includes a first antenna loop (510) that produces a first electromagnetic wave and at least one second antenna loop (530) that produces a second electromagnetic wave. The first and second electromagnetic waves may interfere with one another to produce an interference pattern including interference maxima. Further, a location of at least one of the interference maxima may be at or substantially close to the device implanted in the body of the individual. A broad distribution pattern at the surface of the skin can reduce the specific absorption rate of the transmission, while focusing the transmission toward the implanted device improves the antenna system's transfer efficiency.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés permettant de fournir de l’énergie sans fil à des dispositifs implantés. Selon certains modes de réalisation, un système d'alimentation (500) permettant de fournir une énergie sans fil à un dispositif implanté dans le corps d'un individu comprend une première boucle d'antenne (510) qui produit une première onde électromagnétique et au moins une seconde boucle d'antenne (530) qui produit une seconde onde électromagnétique. Les première et seconde ondes électromagnétiques peuvent interférer les unes avec les autres pour produire un motif d'interférence comprenant des maxima d'interférence. En outre, un emplacement d'au moins l'un des maxima d'interférence peut être au niveau ou sensiblement proche du dispositif implanté dans le corps de l'individu.
