Abstract:
The invention relates to the field of single-track vehicles, and more particularly to methods for increasing the height of the centre of gravity of a vehicle. The present method for increasing the height of the balance-controlling centre of gravity of a two-wheeled single-track vehicle is characterized by the movement of the frame of the vehicle relative to the fork of the rear wheel, said movement taking place with the aid of a sliding bearing between the frame of the vehicle and the top part of the fork of the rear wheel. In the top part of the fork, the sliding bearing is in the form of a high-rigidity structure, elements of which are in flat surface engagement, more specifically a carriage that slides along conical guides of a guide block, or it is in the form of a shaft-sleeve coupling with the necessary dimensions and number of movable elements to ensure the rigidity of the structure. The result is an increase in the seating height of the driver of the vehicle.
