(EN)The present invention relates to antifungal compositions derived from Clitoria ternatea. More particularly, the present invention relates to a flavonoid composition for use as an antifungal agent, characterized in that, the composition comprises kaempferol-3-O- a-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-2)-β-10 glucopyranoside, method of manufacturing and method of use thereof. Furthermore the present invention provides a novel approach for development of a flavonoid composition comprising kaempferol-3-O-a-rhamnopyranosyl- (1-2)-β-glucopyranoside that can be combined with other drugs to form a synergistic drug combination that is capable of inhibiting fungal growth at low concentration effectively.
(FR)La présente invention concerne des compositions antifongiques dérivées de Clitoria ternatea. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne une composition de flavonoïde pour utilisation en tant qu’agent antifongique, caractérisée en ce que la composition comprend du kaempférol-3-O-a-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-2)-β-10-glucopyranoside, son procédé de fabrication et son procédé d’utilisation. En outre, la présente invention concerne une nouvelle approche pour le développement d’une composition de flavonoïde comprenant du kaempférol-3-O-a-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-2)-β-glucopyranoside qui peut être combiné avec d’autres médicaments pour former une combinaison de médicaments synergique qui est capable d’inhiber efficacement la croissance fongique à faible concentration.
