(EN)The present invention relates to a Ni-based catalyst molded body for steam methane reforming (SMR), the catalyst molded body being obtained by compression molding a catalyst powder, in which a nickel precursor is immersed in and supported on boehmite, and then firing the catalyst powder. The catalyst for SMR of the present invention, by using boehmite as a supporter, can achieve high strength through pelletization and molding and can exhibit improved reaction characteristics.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un corps moulé de catalyseur à base de Ni pour le reformage de méthane à la vapeur (SMR). Le corps moulé de catalyseur est obtenu par moulage par compression d'une poudre de catalyseur, dans laquelle un précurseur de nickel est immergé et supporté sur de la boehmite, puis cuisson de la poudre de catalyseur. Le catalyseur pour SMR de la présente invention, en utilisant de la boehmite comme support, peut atteindre une résistance élevée par pastillage et moulage et peut présenter des caractéristiques de réaction améliorées.
(KO)본 발명은 보헤마이트(boehmite)에 니켈 전구체를 함침시켜 담지한 촉매 파우더를 압축성형하여 소성한 것인, 수증기 메탄 개질(SMR)용 Ni계 촉매 성형체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 SMR 용 촉매는 보헤마이트를 지지체로 사용함으로써 펠렛화 및 성형화를 통한 촉매의 고강도화가 가능하며 향상된 반응 특성을 나타낼 수 있다.
