(EN)Disclosed is an otoscope comprising: a bar-shaped housing having multiple pipe channels formed therein to extend in a lengthwise direction thereof; a photographing unit installed at a distal end of a first pipe channel, which is one of the pipe channels, to photograph a surface of an affected part; a light source unit installed in a second pipe channel, which is at least another of the pipe channels, to illuminate the front direction thereof; a tomography unit installed at a distal end of a third pipe channel, which is yet another of the pipe channels, to perform an optical coherence tomography (OCT) scan of an affected part; an image outputting unit for selectively displaying information collected through the photographing unit and the tomography unit; and an interface unit disposed between the housing and the image outputting unit to allow information collected through the photographing unit and the tomography unit to be displayed on the image outputting unit. The present invention as described above allows capturing of a surface image and tomogram of an affected part, and is thus expected to improve the accuracy of a medical examination and diagnosis of an ear disease, such as tympanitis, and enhance the efficiency of treatment.
(FR)L'invention porte sur un otoscope comprenant : un boîtier en forme de barre ayant de multiples conduits intérieurs en longueur; une unité de photographie située au niveau de l'extrémité distale d'un premier conduit, qui est l'un des conduits utilisé pour photographier la surface de la partie affectée; une unité de source de lumière qui est installée dans un second conduit qui est, au moins, un autre des conduits qui éclaire l'avant de celui-ci; une unité de tomographie installée au niveau de l’extrémité distale d'un troisième conduit, qui est encore un autre des conduit, pour faire une tomographie par cohérence optique (OCT) de la région affectée; une unité de sortie d'image pour afficher sélectivement les informations collectées par l'intermédiaire de l'unité de photographie et de l'unité de tomographie; et une unité d'interface située entre le boîtier et l'unité de sortie d'image pour permettre aux informations collectées, par l'intermédiaire de l'unité de photographie et de l'unité de tomographie, d'être affichées sur l'unité de sortie d'image. La présente invention, telle que décrite ci-dessus, permet de prendre des images de surface et d'un tomogramme de la partie affectée, et peut ainsi améliorer la précision d'un examen médical et le diagnostic d'une maladie de l'oreille, telle que la tympanite, et améliorer l'efficacité du traitement.
