Title: SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANAGING PLANT FACILITY BY USING WIRELESS COMMUNICATION NETWORK
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system and a method for managing a plant facility by using a wireless communication network, the system and the method: collecting plant facility work process details including plant facility incoming parts, installation locations, moving status, and outgoing parts in a plant facility by using RFID tags and RFID readers provided for each plant facility and each part at the production site and by using any one wireless communication network among NFC or ZigBee, and Bluetooth; allowing a control server or a mobile terminal, having received the work process details, to monitor the work process details in real time; allowing the control server or the mobile terminal, having monitored the work process details, to remotely control a work process; and storing, in a cloud server, big data, which is generated by accumulating work process data collected in real time through the RFID tags and the RFID readers provided for each plant facility and each part, and sharing the same with a maintenance server, thereby providing, in real time and in a remote place, work process management and control for a plant facility even if a manager is not onsite, and utilizing the big data as analytical and statistical data on a work process for each piece of equipment and actively using the same during maintenance.
