Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a silica aerogel and a silica aerogel manufactured thereby, and more specifically, involving first forming a first silica wet gel using a first water glass solution, and additionally adding a second water glass solution to form a second silica wet gel organically coupled to a base structure formed by the first silica wet gel, so as to form a silica aerogel with enhanced mechanical physical properties, thereby increasing resistance to shrinking when drying at atmospheric pressure to form a silica aerogel having low density, and so as to enable controlling of the physical properties of the silica aerogel by controlling the concentration of the first and second water glass solutions.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un aérogel de silice et un aérogel de silice fabriqué par celui-ci, et plus spécifiquement, un procédé impliquant d'abord la formation d'un premier gel humide de silice à l'aide d'une première solution de verre soluble, et l'ajout supplémentaire d'une seconde solution de verre soluble pour former un second gel humide de silice couplé organiquement à une structure de base formée par le premier gel humide de silice, de manière à former un aérogel de silice présentant des propriétés physiques mécaniques améliorées. Ce procédé permet d'augmenter la résistance au rétrécissement lors du séchage à la pression atmosphérique pour former un aérogel de silice ayant une faible densité, et permet le contrôle des propriétés physiques de l'aérogel de silice en régulant la concentration des première et seconde solutions de verre soluble.
(KO) 본 발명은 실리카 에어로겔의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 실리카 에어로겔에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 제1 물유리 용액을 사용하여 제1 실리카 습윤겔을 먼저 형성한 후, 추가적으로 제2 물유리 용액을 첨가하여 상기 제1 실리카 습윤겔을 기본 골격으로 하여 이에 유기적으로 결합된 제2 실리카 습윤겔을 형성함으로써, 기계적 물성이 강화된 실리카 에어로겔을 형성하여 상압 건조시 수축에 대한 저항도를 증가시켜 저밀도의 실리카 에어로겔을 형성할 수 있고, 제1 및 제2 물유리 용액의 농도를 조절하여 실리카 에어로겔의 물성을 조절할 수 있다.
