(EN) The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a silica aerogel of which the density can be controlled, and a silica aerogel manufactured thereby, and more specifically, provided is a method for manufacturing a silica aerogel of which the density can be controlled, and a silica aerogel manufactured thereby, the method involving first forming a first silica wet gel using a first water glass solution, and additionally adding a second water glass solution to form a second silica wet gel organically coupled to a base structure formed by the first silica wet gel, so as to form a silica aerogel with enhanced mechanical physical properties, thereby increasing resistance to shrinking when drying at atmospheric pressure and allowing control of silicon dioxide concentration in the first and second water glass solutions to manufacture a silica aerogel having a specific tap density.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un aérogel de silice dont la densité peut être contrôlée, et un aérogel de silice ainsi fabriqué. Plus spécifiquement, l'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un aérogel de silice dont la densité peut être contrôlée, et un aérogel de silice fabriqué par ce procédé. (KO) 본 발명은 밀도의 제어가 가능한 실리카 에어로겔의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 실리카 에어로겔에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 제1 물유리 용액을 사용하여 제1 실리카 습윤겔을 먼저 형성한 후, 추가적으로 제2 물유리 용액을 첨가하여 상기 제1 실리카 습윤겔을 기본 골격으로 하여 이에 유기적으로 결합된 제2 실리카 습윤겔을 형성함으로써, 기계적 물성이 강화된 실리카 에어로겔을 형성하여 상압 건조시 수축에 대한 저항도를 증가시키고, 상기 제1 및 제2 물유리 용액의 이산화규소 농도를 조절하여 특정의 탭 밀도를 갖는 실리카 에어로겔을 제조할 수 있는 밀도의 제어가 가능한 실리카 에어로겔의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 실리카 에어로겔을 제공한다.
