(EN) The present invention relates to a blocking material and a method for producing alloy steel using the same. In a process of maintaining at a melting point or higher a molten ferroalloy being used during production of manganese-containing alloy steel, a blocking material layer is formed of a blocking material on a surface of the molten ferroalloy to restrain nitrogen in air from incorporating into the molten ferroalloy, wherein the blocking material comprises 37 to 66 wt% of CaO and SiO2, 8 to 15 wt% of Al2O3, 6 to 18 wt% of MgO, and 20 to 30 wt% of MnO based on a total of 100 wt%, with a ratio of CaO/SiO2 ranging from 0.95 to 1.2.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un matériau de blocage et un procédé de production d'acier allié l'utilisant. Lors d'un processus consistant à maintenir, à un point de fusion ou plus, un ferroalliage fondu utilisé pendant la production d'un acier allié contenant du manganèse, une couche constituée d'un matériau de blocage est formée sur une surface de l'alliage de ferroalliage fondu afin d'empêcher l' incorporation de l'azote présent dans l'air dans le ferroalliage fondu, le matériau de blocage comprenant de 37 à 66 % en poids de CaO et de SiO 2, de 8 à 15 % en poids d'Al2O3, de 6 à 18 % en poids de MgO et de 20 à 30 % en poids de MnO sur la base d'un total de 100 % en poids, avec un rapport CaO/SiO2 compris entre 0,95 et 1,2.
(KO) 본 발명은 차단재 및 이를 이용한 합금강 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 망간을 함유하는 합금강을 제조 시 사용되는 용융 합금철을 융점 이상의 온도로 유지하는 과정에서, 전체 100중량%에 대해서 37 내지 66중량%의 CaO 및 SiO2와, 8 내지 15중량%의 Al2O3와, 6 내지 18중량%의 MgO 및 20 내지 30중량%의 MnO를 포함하고, 상기 CaO와 상기 SiO2의 비(CaO/SiO2)는 0.95 내지 1.2 범위인 차단재를 이용하여 용융 합금철의 탕면에 차단재층을 형성함으로써, 공기 중 질소가 용융 합금철로 혼입되는 것을 억제할 수 있다.
