Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to an operational method for a random pulse generator which uses radioisotopes. The operational method for a random pulse generator which uses radioisotopes according to the present invention comprises the steps of: discharging alpha particles from a radioisotope discharge unit; generating pulses from repeated occurrences of, if alpha particles collide with a CMOS image sensor, the CMOS image sensor breaking down and reverse current being generated, and a first capacitor connecting to a ground to establish a state of continuity so that an amplifier output has a positive value, and if the alpha particles do not collide on the CMOS image sensor or same does not break down, the first capacitor maintaining a state of charge and the amplifier output maintaining the grounded state; and amplifying the generated pulses by means of feedback impedance.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé opérationnel destiné à un générateur d'impulsions aléatoires qui utilise des radio-isotopes. Selon la présente invention, le procédé opérationnel destiné à un générateur d'impulsions aléatoires qui utilise des radio-isotopes consiste : à décharger des particules alpha à partir d'une unité de décharge de radio-isotope ; à générer, si des particules alpha entrent en collision avec un capteur d'image CMOS, des impulsions à partir d'occurrences répétées du capteur d'image CMOS en décomposition et d'un courant inverse généré, et un premier condensateur se connecte à une masse pour établir un état de continuité de telle sorte qu'une sortie d'amplificateur possède une valeur positive, et si les particules alpha n'entrent pas en collision sur le capteur d'image CMOS ou que ledit capteur d'image CMOS ne se décompose pas, le premier condensateur maintient un état de charge et la sortie d'amplificateur maintient l'état mis à la terre ; et à amplifier les impulsions générées au moyen d'une impédance de rétroaction.
(KO) 본 발명은 방사성 동위원소를 이용한 랜덤 펄스 발생 장치의 동작 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 방사성 동위원소를 이용한 랜덤 펄스 발생 장치의 동작 방법은, 방사성 동위원소 방출부로부터 알파 입자를 방출하는 단계와, 알파입자가 CMOS 이미지센서에 충돌하면, 상기 CMOS 이미지센서가 브레이크다운되어 역방향 전류가 발생하고, 제1커패시터가 그라운드에 연결되어 도통상태가 되어 증폭기 출력이 양의 값을 가지며, 알파입자가 CMOS 이미지센서에 충돌하지 않거나 CMOS 이미지센서가 브레이크다운되지 않으면, 제1커패시터가 충전상태를 유지하여 증폭기 출력이 기저상태를 유지하며, 이의 반복형태로 동작하여 펄스가 발생하는 단계와, 발생한 펄스가 피드백 임피던스에 의해 증폭되는 단계를 포함한다.
