Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a control system for electric power control and a service system using the same. The present invention can perform electric power control such as the electric power amount adjustment or electric power cutoff for an electric power user and the measurement of the quality of supplied electric power, in a state where an electric power metering control device and a remote control center are connected through a wired or wireless communication network. The present invention can appropriately perform the electric power control such as the electric power amount adjustment or the electric power cutoff according to situations by adding functions of detecting temperature, fire, noise, vibration and earthquake and detecting an intruder to the electric power metering control device and sharing detection information thereof with the control center. The present invention enables the establishment of a stable electric power supply system by defining supplied electric power management units and appropriately distributing the supplied electric power among the management units. The present invention can collectively provide services such as billing, collection, etc. of administration costs, rent, water charges, gas charges, etc. for the electric power user related to the electric power metering control device, and furthermore, perform the electric power control such as the adjustment of the amount of the electric power or the electric power cutoff on the basis of processing information of these charges.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système de commande pour une commande de puissance électrique et un système d'entretien faisant appel à celui-ci. La présente invention peut réaliser une commande de puissance électrique telle que le réglage de la quantité de puissance électrique ou la coupure de puissance électrique pour un utilisateur de puissance électrique et la mesure de la qualité de la puissance électrique fournie, dans un état dans lequel un dispositif de commande de mesure de puissance électrique et un centre de commande à distance sont connectés par l'intermédiaire d'un réseau de communication filaire ou sans fil. La présente invention peut réaliser de manière appropriée la commande de puissance électrique telle que le réglage de la quantité de puissance électrique ou la coupure de puissance électrique en fonction de situations en ajoutant des fonctions de détection de température, d'incendie, de bruit, de vibrations et de tremblement de terre et de détection d'intrus au dispositif de commande de mesure de puissance électrique et en partageant les informations de détection de celui-ci avec le centre de commande. La présente invention permet l'établissement d'un système d'alimentation électrique stable en définissant des unités de gestion de puissance électrique fournie et en répartissant de manière appropriée la puissance électrique fournie entre les unités de gestion. La présente invention peut fournir collectivement des services tels que la facturation, la collecte, etc. des coûts d'administration, de la location, des charges d'eau, des charges de gaz, etc. pour l'utilisateur de puissance électrique associés au dispositif de commande de mesure de puissance électrique, et en outre, effectuer la commande de puissance électrique telle que le réglage de la quantité de la puissance électrique ou de la coupure de puissance électrique sur la base d'informations de traitement de ces charges.
(KO) 본 발명은 전력 제어를 위한 관제시스템과 이를 이용한 서비스 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 전력 계량제어장치와 원격지 관제센터가 유무선 통신망으로 연결된 상태에서 전력 사용자에 대한 전력량 조절 또는 전력 차단 등의 전력 제어와 공급전력 품질 측정이 가능하다. 본 발명은 전력 계량제어장치에 온도, 화재, 소음, 진동 및 지진 감지와, 침입자 감지 기능을 결합하여 그 감지 정보를 관제센터와 공유함으로써 상황에 따라 적절하게 전력량 조절 또는 전력 차단 등의 전력 제어가 가능하다. 본 발명은 공급전력 관리단위를 정하여 그 관리단위 상호간에 공급전력을 적절하게 분산함으로써 안정적인 전력 공급 체계를 확립할 수 있도록 한다. 본 발명은 전력 계량제어장치에 관련된 전력 사용자에 대한 관리비, 임대료, 수도료 및 가스료 등의 요금 청구, 수금 등의 서비스를 일괄적으로 제공하고, 더 나아가 이들 요금의 처리 정보를 바탕으로 전력량 조절 또는 전력 차단 등의 전력 제어가 가능하도록 한다.
