(EN) The present invention relates to an otoscope capable of simultaneously achieving multiple types of imaging by a non-invasive method. The present invention can not only simultaneously obtain a low-resolution tomographic image of the deep middle ear and/or a confocal high-resolution image of the proximal middle ear, but can also obtain a white-light image and/or a narrow-band image of the surface of the eardrum. Therefore, from the pathological viewpoint of the middle ear, it is possible to diagnose and assess the middle ear in a non-invasive manner without biopsy.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un otoscope permettant d'obtenir simultanément de multiples types d'imagerie par un procédé non effractif. La présente invention permet non seulement d’obtenir simultanément une image tomographique à basse résolution de l’oreille moyenne profonde et/ou une image confocale à haute résolution de l’oreille moyenne proximale, mais permet également d’obtenir une image en lumière blanche et/ou une image à bande étroite de la surface du tympan. Par conséquent, du point de vue pathologique de l’oreille moyenne, il est possible de diagnostiquer et d’évaluer l’oreille moyenne d’une manière non effractive sans biopsie.
(KO) 본 발명은 비침습적 방법에 의하여 복수의 동시 영상화가 가능한 검이경에 관한 것으로서, 낮은 해상도를 갖는 중이 심층의 단층 촬영 영상 및/또는 중이 근위단층의 공초점 고해상도 영상을 동시에 얻을 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 백색광 및/또는 고막 표면의 협대역 이미지를 얻을 수 있으며, 따라서 중이의 병리학적 관점에서, 비침습형, 비생체검사형 진단 평가가 가능하다.
