Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a high-flowability powder that improves the flow characteristic of a spray powder to be introduced into a spray gun to improve the quality of a spray coating film, and a coating method using the same. The flow characteristic of the spray powder can be significantly improved by coating an organic monomer on the surface of a granulated spray powder, a heat-treated spray powder or a plasma surface-treated spray powder. Further, the improved flow characteristic of the spray powder coated with the organic monomer can increase the cost competitiveness of the spray powder because the coating yield, the quality of a coating layer, and the duration of use of the spray gun are extended.
(FR) L'invention concerne une poudre à fluidité élevée qui améliore la caractéristique d'écoulement d'une poudre de pulvérisation à introduire dans un pistolet de pulvérisation, de façon à améliorer la qualité d'un film de revêtement par pulvérisation, et un procédé de revêtement l'utilisant. La caractéristique d'écoulement de la poudre de pulvérisation peut être considérablement améliorée par application d'un monomère organique sur la surface d'une poudre de pulvérisation granulée, d'une poudre de pulvérisation traitée à la chaleur ou d'une poudre de pulvérisation traitée en surface par plasma. En outre, la caractéristique d'écoulement améliorée de la poudre de pulvérisation revêtue du monomère organique peut augmenter la compétitivité de la poudre de pulvérisation en termes de coût car le rendement de revêtement, la qualité d'une couche de revêtement et la durée d'utilisation du pistolet de pulvérisation sont augmentés.
(KO) 용사 코팅막의 품질은 향상하기 위해 용사 건에 투입되는 용사 분말의 유동 특성이 향상된 고유동성 분말 및 이를 이용한 코팅방법이 개시된다. 과립 형태의 용사 분말, 열처리된 용사 분말 또는 플라즈마 표면 처리된 용사 분말의 표면에 유기 단량체를 코팅함으로써, 용사 분말의 유동 특성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한, 유기 단량체가 코팅된 용사 분말의 향상된 유동 특성은 코팅 수율, 코팅층 품질을 용사 건(Spray Gun)의 사용 지속 시간을 연장하므로, 용사 분말의 가격 경쟁력을 높일 수 있다.
