Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a blood pressure measurement device that comprises the following: a measuring means that is provided with a plurality of pressure sensors and measures blood pressure information per heartbeat of a measurement subject; an arrangement state estimating means for extracting a feature amount from output waveforms amounting to one heartbeat from each of the pressure sensors, and estimating an arrangement state of the measuring means relative to an artery of the measurement subject on the basis of a distribution shape of the characteristic amount values among the plurality of pressure sensors; and a reliability calculating means for calculating the reliability of blood pressure information measured by the measuring means, on the basis of the estimated arrangement state.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de mesure de pression artérielle qui comprend les éléments suivants : un moyen de mesure qui est pourvu d'une pluralité de capteurs de pression et mesure des informations de pression artérielle par battement de cœur d'un sujet de mesure ; un moyen d'estimation d'état d'agencement pour extraire une quantité de caractéristique à partir de formes d'onde émises représentant un battement de cœur à partir de chacun des capteurs de pression, et estimer un état d'agencement du moyen de mesure par rapport à une artère du sujet de mesure sur la base d'une forme de distribution des valeurs de quantité caractéristique parmi la pluralité de capteurs de pression ; et un moyen de calcul de fiabilité pour calculer la fiabilité des informations de pression artérielle mesurées par le moyen de mesure, sur la base de l'état d'agencement estimé.
(JA) 血圧測定装置は、複数の圧力センサを備え計測対象の一心拍ごとの血圧情報を計測する計測手段と、各々の圧力センサの一心拍分の出力波形から特徴量を抽出し、前記複数の圧力センサの間での前記特徴量の値の分布形状に基づいて、前記計測対象の動脈に対する前記計測手段の配置状態を推定する配置状態推定手段と、前記推定された配置状態に基づいて、前記計測手段により計測された血圧情報の信頼度を算出する信頼度算出手段と、を有する。
