Abstract:
(EN) This fluid control device (10) has a fan (22), a motor (23) which drives the fan (22), and a control unit (30) which controls the motor (23). A fan case (21) for accommodating the fan (22) has: a suction opening (21a) into which fluid is sucked from the outside by the fan (22) which is rotationally driven; and a discharge path (21b) from which fluid is discharged to the outside by the fan (22) which is rotationally driven. Gas having a desired pressure is discharged from the discharge path (21b) by the rotation of the fan (22). The discharge path (21b) is provided with an opening and closing section (40). The control unit (30) determines the exhalation state of a patient and controls the opening and closing section (40) to close the discharge path (21b). Closing the discharge path (21b) stops the supply of gas to the patient.
(FR) Ce dispositif de commande de fluide (10) comporte un ventilateur (22), un moteur (23) qui entraîne le ventilateur (22), et une unité de commande (30) qui commande le moteur (23). Un carter de ventilateur (21) destiné à recevoir le ventilateur (22) comporte : une ouverture d'aspiration (21a) dans laquelle un fluide est aspiré depuis l'extérieur par le ventilateur (22) qui est entraîné en rotation; et un trajet de décharge (21b) à partir duquel un fluide est évacué vers l'extérieur par le ventilateur (22) qui est entraîné en rotation. Le gaz ayant une pression désirée est délivré à travers le trajet de décharge (21b) par la rotation du ventilateur (22). Le trajet de décharge (21b) est pourvu d'une section d'ouverture et de fermeture (40). L'unité de commande (30) détermine l'état d'expiration d'un patient et commande la section d'ouverture et de fermeture (40) pour fermer le trajet de décharge (21b). La fermeture du trajet de décharge (21b) arrête l'alimentation en gaz du patient.
(JA) 流体制御装置(10)は、ファン(22)と、ファン(22)を駆動するモータ(23)と、モータ(23)を制御する制御ユニット(30)を有している。ファン(22)を収容するファンケース(21)は、ファン(22)の回転駆動によって外部から流体を吸入する吸入口(21a)と、ファン(22)の回転駆動によって流体を外部へ吐出する排出路(21b)を有している。ファン(22)の回転により、所望の圧力の気体が排出路(21b)から吐出される。排出路(21b)には、開閉部(40)が配設されている。制御ユニット(30)は、患者の呼気状態を判定し、開閉部(40)を制御して排出路(21b)を閉塞する。排出路(21b)の閉塞によって患者に対する気体の供給が停止される。
