(EN) An object detecting device (20) is applied to a vehicle in which a sensor unit (10) provided with an object detecting sensor (11) which detects position information of an object present at the periphery of the vehicle, and an inclination sensor (12) which detects an angle of inclination as an inclination relative to a prescribed direction, is mounted on a prescribed member provided in the vehicle, and the object detecting device (20) performs a process to detect the object on the basis of the position information of the object detected by the object detecting sensor (11), wherein the object detecting device is provided with a fallen state determining unit which determines, on the basis of the angle of inclination detected by the inclination sensor (12), a fallen state of the prescribed member.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de détection d'objet (20) appliqué à un véhicule dans lequel une unité de capteur (10) pourvue d'un capteur de détection d'objet (11) détecte des informations de position d'un objet présent à la périphérie du véhicule, et un capteur d'inclinaison (12) détecte un angle d'inclinaison en tant qu'inclinaison par rapport à une direction prescrite, est monté sur un élément prescrit disposé dans le véhicule, et le dispositif de détection d'objet (20) exécute un processus permettant de détecter l'objet sur la base des informations de position de l'objet détectées par le capteur de détection d'objet (11), le dispositif de détection d'objet étant pourvu d'une unité de détermination d'état de chute qui détermine, sur la base de l'angle d'inclinaison détecté par le capteur d'inclinaison (12), un état de chute de l'élément prescrit.
