(JA) 電解脱脂方法及び電解脱脂装置
Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide an electrolytic degreasing method and an electrolytic degreasing device using the same that can more reliably remove contaminating substances such as oils from the surface of an article to be cleaned and do not allow re-adherence of the removed contaminating substances to the article to be cleaned. To achieve this purpose, provided is an electrolytic degreasing method that removes contaminants such as oils adhering to the surface of an article to be cleaned using alkaline electrolyzed water. The electrolytic degreasing method is characterized: by disposing the article to be cleaned and an anode electrode in the alkaline electrolyzed water and electrifying the same to form hydrogen bubbles with a diameter of 20 nm - 10 µm on the surface of the article to be cleaned using the article to be cleaned as a cathode electrode, and bursting the hydrogen bubbles in the vicinity of the surface of the article to be cleaned and removing the contaminants adhering to the surface of the article to be cleaned by the shock waves accompanying this bursting; and in that this anode electrode has an electrocatalyst layer containing iridium oxide in an amount of 10 - 20 g/m2 on the surface thereof. Also provided is an electrolytic degreasing device that implements this method.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de dégraissage électrolytique et un dispositif de dégraissage électrolytique l'utilisant, qui peuvent éliminer de manière plus fiable des substances contaminantes telles que des huiles à partir de la surface d'un article à nettoyer et ne permettent pas aux substances contaminantes éliminées d'adhérer de nouveau à l'article à nettoyer. A cet effet, le procédé de dégraissage électrolytique selon l'invention élimine des contaminants tels que des huiles adhérant à la surface d'un article à nettoyer avec de l'eau alcaline électrolysée. Le procédé de dégraissage électrolytique est caractérisé par : la disposition de l'article à nettoyer et d'une électrode anodique dans l'eau alcaline électrolysée et l'électrification de celle-ci pour former des bulles d'hydrogène ayant un diamètre de 20 nm à 10 µm sur la surface de l'article à nettoyer en utilisant l'article à nettoyer en tant qu'électrode cathodique, et l'éclatement des bulles d'hydrogène à proximité de la surface de l'article à nettoyer et l'élimination des contaminants adhérant à la surface de l'article à nettoyer par les ondes de choc accompagnant cet éclatement ; et en ce que ladite électrode anodique a une couche d'électrocatalyseur contenant de l'oxyde d'iridium en une quantité de 10 à 20 g/m2 sur sa surface. L'invention concerne en outre un dispositif de dégraissage électrolytique qui met en œuvre ce procédé.
(JA) 被洗浄対象物の表面から、より確実に油分等の汚染物質の除去が可能で、被洗浄対象物に対し、除去した汚染物質の再付着の起こらない電解脱脂方法及びそれを用いた電解脱脂装置を提供することを目的とする。この目的を達成するため、アルカリ性電解水を用いて被洗浄対象物の表面に付着した油分等の汚染物を除去する電解脱脂方法であって、アルカリ性電解水中に被洗浄対象物とアノード電極とを配置し通電することで、被洗浄対象物をカソード分極して被洗浄対象物の表面に直径20nm~10μmの水素バブルを形成し、被洗浄対象物の表面近傍で水素バブルを破壊させ当該破壊に伴う衝撃波により被洗浄対象物の表面に付着した汚染物除去を行うものであり、このアノード電極は、その表面に10g/m~20g/mの量の酸化イリジウムを含有する電極触媒層を有することを特徴とする電解脱脂方法、及びこの方法を実施するための電解脱脂装置を採用する。
