Provided is a slicing device for hard, brittle material that slices hard, brittle material (W) by cutting the hard, brittle material (W) while rotating a rotary grindstone (10) in a process in which a feed mechanism (20) feeds the hard, brittle material (W) in a prescribed direction, wherein after the feed rate of the hard, brittle material (W) by the feed mechanism (20) is gradually decreased in accordance with the contact area (S) between the rotary grindstone (10) and the hard, brittle material (W) being increased, the feed rate of the hard, brittle material (W) by the feed mechanism (20) is gradually increased in accordance with the contact area between the rotary grindstone (10) and the hard, brittle material (W) being decreased.
(FR) La présente invention a pour objet de fournir un dispositif de tranchage destiné à un matériau dur et fragile qui peut considérablement raccourcir le temps nécessaire pour trancher un matériau dur et fragile et qui peut trancher efficacement un matériau dur et fragile. L'invention concerne un dispositif de tranchage destiné à un matériau dur et fragile qui tranche un matériau dur et fragile (W) en coupant le matériau dur et fragile (W) tout en faisant tourner une meule rotative (10) dans un procédé dans lequel un mécanisme d'alimentation (20) alimente le matériau dur et fragile (W) dans une direction prescrite. Suite à la réduction progressive du débit d'alimentation du matériau dur et fragile (W) par le mécanisme d'alimentation (20) en fonction de l'augmentation de la zone de contact (S) entre la meule rotative (10) et le matériau dur et fragile (W), le débit d'alimentation du matériau dur et fragile (W) par le mécanisme d'alimentation (20) est progressivement augmenté en fonction de la réduction de la zone de contact entre la meule rotative (10) et le matériau dur et fragile (W).
(JA) 硬脆材料の切断に要する時間が大幅に短縮され、硬脆材料を効率的に切断することができる硬脆材料切断装置を提供することを目的とする。送り機構(20)が硬脆材料(W)を所定の方向に送る過程において、回転砥石(10)が回転しながら硬脆材料(W)を切削していくことにより硬脆材料(W)を切断する硬脆材料切断装置である。回転砥石(10)と硬脆材料(W)の接触面積(S)が増加するに従って、送り機構(20)による硬脆材料(W)の送り速度を次第に減少させたあと、回転砥石(10)と硬脆材料(W)の接触面積が減少するに従って、送り機構(20)による硬脆材料(W)の送り速度を次第に増加させる。
