Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a stimulus-responsive polymer that makes it possible to produce in a simple manner a culture vessel that allows non-invasive cell dissociation. The present invention pertains to a stimulus-responsive polymer comprising, as structural units, a part X that exhibits temperature responsiveness and a part Y that exhibits responsiveness to stimulus other than temperature. The temperature-responsive part X has an ether substructure or sulfide substructure, and the part Y that exhibits responsiveness to stimulus other than temperature includes a functional group that has a pKa of 2-12 in water. The present invention also pertains to a culture vessel, a culturing method, and a cell dissociation method which use the stimulus-responsive polymer.
(FR) La présente invention vise à fournir un polymère sensible à un stimulus qui permet de produire de manière simple un récipient pour culture permettant une dissociation cellulaire non invasive. La présente invention concerne un polymère sensible à un stimulus comprenant, en tant qu'unités structurales, une partie X présentant une sensibilité à la température et une partie Y présentant une sensibilité à un stimulus autre que la température. La partie sensible à la température X comporte une sous-structure éther ou une sous-structure sulfure, et la partie Y présentant une sensibilité à un stimulus autre que la température comporte un groupe fonctionnel ayant un pKa de 2 à 12 dans l'eau. La présente invention concerne également un récipient pour culture, un procédé de culture et un procédé de dissociation cellulaire qui utilisent le polymère sensible à un stimulus.
(JA) 本発明は、非侵襲的に細胞剥離可能な培養容器の簡便な手法による製造を可能にする刺激応答性ポリマーを提供することを目的とする。 本発明は、温度応答性を示す部位Xと、温度変化以外の刺激に対して応答性を示す部位Yとを構成単位として有する刺激応答性ポリマーであって、温度応答性を示す部位Xがエーテル部分構造またはスルフィド部分構造を有し、温度変化以外の刺激に対して応答性を示す部位Yが水中でのpKaが2以上12以下の官能基を含む、前記刺激応答性ポリマー、ならびに該刺激応答性ポリマーを用いた培養容器、培養方法および細胞剥離方法に関する。
