Abstract:
(EN) The objective of the present invention is to provide a digital broadcast receiver with which it is possible to implement functions offering higher added value. This broadcast receiving device receives content and is provided with a receiving unit which receives the content, an interface for outputting the content received by the receiving unit, and a control unit which controls an output state of the content from the interface, wherein the control unit determines the output state of the content from the interface in accordance with a combination of: control information which is received by the receiving unit together with the content and which indicates a copy control state of the content; control information designating whether or not the content is to be protected when output; information indicating the resolution of the video in the content; and information indicating a transmission characteristic of the video in the content.
(FR) La présente invention concerne la fourniture d'un récepteur de diffusion numérique permettant d'implémenter des fonctions à plus forte valeur ajoutée. Ce dispositif de réception de diffusion reçoit un contenu et est pourvu d'une unité de réception qui reçoit le contenu, une interface destinée à délivrer en sortie le contenu reçu par l'unité de réception et une unité de commande qui commande un état de sortie du contenu à partir de l'interface, l'unité de commande déterminant l'état de sortie du contenu à partir de l'interface conformément à une combinaison : des informations de commande qui sont reçues par l'unité de réception conjointement avec le contenu et qui indiquent un état de commande de copie du contenu ; des informations de commande désignant si oui ou non le contenu doit être protégé lors de la sortie ; des informations indiquant la résolution de la vidéo dans le contenu ; et des informations indiquant une caractéristique de transmission de la vidéo dans le contenu.
