Abstract:
(EN) In a forming step, a suction force is generated between a forming tool (10) and an impermeable sheet (60) which causes the impermeable sheet to press the laminate charge against a male corner (6, 8) of the forming tool and into a female corner (7, 9) of the forming tool. The male corner is positioned between first and second parts of the laminate charge, and the female corner is positioned between second and third parts of the laminate charge. During the forming step, gas is injected between the forming tool and part of the laminate charge to create a gas cushion between the forming tool and the third part of the laminate charge. This gas cushion inhibits the third part of the laminate charge from becoming clamped against the forming tool as the laminate charge is pressed into the female corner of the forming tool.
(FR) Au cours d'une étape de formage, une force d'aspiration est générée entre un outil de formage et une feuille imperméable qui amène la feuille imperméable à presser la charge stratifiée contre un coin mâle de l'outil de formage et dans un coin femelle de l'outil de formage. Le coin mâle de l'outil de formage est positionné entre des première et deuxième parties de la charge stratifiée, et le coin femelle de l'outil de formage est positionné entre des deuxième et troisième parties de la charge stratifiée. Durant l'étape de formage, du gaz est injecté entre l'outil de formage et une partie de la charge stratifiée pour créer un coussin de gaz entre l'outil de formage et la troisième partie de la charge stratifiée. Ce coussin de gaz empêche la troisième partie de la charge stratifiée de devenir serrée contre l'outil de formage lorsque la charge stratifiée est pressée dans le coin femelle de l'outil de formage. La force d'aspiration est éventuellement générée par aspiration d'air à travers des ouvertures à vide dans une séquence d'étages.
