Abstract:
(EN) A washing apparatus for a 3D-printed article is provided for the removal of support material from the article. The apparatus comprises a glove isolation cabinet (1) that is provided with a liquid-discharging nozzle (35) to enable an operator to spray an article (A) located in the cabinet (1) with a washing liquid and a drain (38). A first filter arrangement (4) receives washing liquid discharged from the cabinet (1) via the drain (39). The washing liquid drains through the first filter arrangement (4) under the influence of gravity but the first filter arrangement (4) is located in a trough (3) in which washing liquid that has passed through the first filter arrangement (4) accumulates whereby, in use, one or more filters (42, 43) of the first filter arrangement (4) are submerged to ensure filtered-out residue remains submerged in the washing liquid. A pump (45) is provided to pump liquid that has passed through the first filter arrangement (4) through a second filter arrangement (5) comprising a filter cartridge that is preferably adapted to filter out solid material equal to or greater than 5 μm in size.
(FR) L'invention concerne un appareil de lavage pour un article imprimé en 3D permettant l'élimination du matériau de support de l'article. L'appareil comprend une chambre d'isolation à gants (1) qui est pourvue d'une buse d'évacuation de liquide (35) pour permettre à un opérateur de pulvériser un liquide de lavage sur un article (A) situé dans la chambre (1) et d'un drain (38). Un premier agencement de filtres (4) reçoit le liquide de lavage évacué de la chambre (1) par l'intermédiaire du drain (39). Le liquide de lavage s'écoule à travers le premier agencement de filtres (4) sous l'influence de la gravité mais le premier agencement de filtres (4) est situé dans une auge (3) dans laquelle un liquide de lavage qui a traversé le premier agencement de filtres (4) s'accumule de telle sorte que, lors de l'utilisation, un ou plusieurs filtres (42, 43) du premier agencement de filtre (4) sont submergés pour assurer que le résidu filtré reste immergé dans le liquide de lavage. Une pompe (45) est prévue pour pomper le liquide qui a traversé le premier agencement de filtres (4) par l'intermédiaire d'un second agencement de filtres (5) comprenant une cartouche filtrante qui est de préférence conçue pour filtrer un matériau solide d'une taille supérieure ou égale à 5 µm.
