Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a disposable analyte detection strip (100) for the amperometric detection of a cation of interest in a liquid sample, said disposable analyte detection strip comprising an electrode-bearing substrate strip (118) and an ion-selective membrane (116), wherein an ionophor contained in the ion-selective membrane (116) is selected in such a way that the cation of interest is able to pass through the ion-selective membrane (116) in order to reach the working electrode (120). The invention further relates to the use of the disposable analyte detection strip (100) for the amperometric detection of a cation of interest in a liquid sample as disclosed herein and to a method for the amperometric detection of a cation of interest in a liquid sample, wherein the disposable strip (100) according to the invention is combined with a corresponding analyte detection device.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une bandelette (100) de détection d’analyte jetable pour la détection ampérométrique d’un cation d’intérêt dans une échantillon liquide qui comprend une bandelette-substrat porteur d’électrode (118) et une membrane à sélection ionique (116), un ionophore contenu dans la membrane à sélection ionique (116) étant choisi de manière à ce que le cation d’intérêt traverse la membrane à sélection ionique (116) pour atteindre l’électrode de travail (120). La présente invention concerne également l’utilisation de la bandelette de détection d’analyte (100) jetable pour la détection ampérométrique d’un cation d’intérêt dans un échantillon liquide décrit ici, ainsi qu’un procédé de détection ampérométrique d’un cation d’intérêt dans un échantillon liquide, la bandelette (100) jetable décrite ici étant associée à un dispositif de détection d’analyte correspondant.
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Einweg- Analytennachweisstreifen (100) für den amperometrischen Nachweis eines Kations von Interesse in einer flüssigen Probe, der einen elektrodentragenden Substratstreifen (118) und eine ionenselektive Membran (116) umfasst, wobei ein in der ionenselektiven Membran (116) umfasster Ionophor so ausgewählt ist, dass das Kation von Interesse fähig ist, die ionenselektive Membran (116) zu durchwandern, um die Arbeitselektrode (120) zu erreichen. Weiterhin betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung die Verwendung des Einweg-Analytennachweisstreifens (100) für den amperometrischen Nachweis eines Kations von Interesse in einer wie hierin offenbarten flüssigen Probe sowie ein Verfahren für den amperometrischen Nachweis eines Kations von Interesse in einer flüssigen Probe, wobei der wie hierin offenbarte Einweg-Streifen (100) mit einer entsprechenden Analytennachweisvorrich- tung kombiniert wird.
