Abstract:
(EN) A cast component comprising an aluminium-silicon alloy having a composition comprising: at least 7 wt% and at most 11 wt% silicon; at least 0.5 wt% and at most 4.5 wt% copper; at least 0.1 wt% at most 1 wt% magnesium; at least 0.1 wt% and at most 1 wt% zirconium; and at least 10 wt% and at most 90.9% aluminium. The sum of the copper and magnesium compositions is at least 1.0 wt% and at most 4.6 wt%, and the cast component comprises an Al-Si-Zr phase within the microstructure of the alloy.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un élément coulé comprenant un alliage aluminium-silicium ayant une composition comprenant : au moins 7 % en poids et au plus 11 % en poids de silicium ; au moins 0,5 % en poids et au plus 4,5 % en poids de cuivre ; au moins 0,1 % en poids et au plus 1 % en poids de magnésium ; au moins 0,1 % en poids et au plus 1 % en poids de zirconium ; et au moins 10 % en poids et au plus 90,9 % d'aluminium. La somme des compositions de cuivre et de magnésium est d'au moins 1,0 % en poids et au plus 4,6 % en poids, et le élément coulé comprend une phase Al-Si-Zr à l'intérieur de la microstructure de l'alliage.
