Title: CATECHOL MODIFIED BIOLOGICAL MACROMOLECULAR SCAFFOLD MATERIAL AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR
Abstract:
A preparation method for a catechol modified biological macromolecular scaffold material, comprising: grafting modified biological macromolecules with a catechol-containing compound by means of amidation; then assembling dopamine into polydopamine (PDA) particles with uniform particle sizes in a weakly alkaline buffer solution by means of oxidation and auto-agglutination; next, forming a scaffold having three cross-linked structures, i.e., modified biological macromolecules, modified biological macromolecules/PDA, and biological macromolecules/PDA by means of interaction between catechol groups in modified macromolecules, between catechol groups and PDA particles, and between biological macromolecules and PDA particles; and further, cross-linking the scaffold again by utilizing calcium ions, adipic dihydrazide or genipin, and adjusting the cross-linking degree and porosity of the scaffold. The prepared scaffold material has excellent biocompatibility and biodegradability and can effectively promote cell adhesion.
