Abstract:
(EN) In described examples, an apparatus (200) includes: a capacitor (230) having a first terminal coupled to receive a current and having a second terminal coupled to a ground; a first comparator (240) coupled to a voltage at the first terminal of the capacitor (230) and to a first reference voltage (260); a second comparator (242) coupled to the voltage at the first terminal of the capacitor (230) and to a second reference voltage (262) that is different from the first reference voltage (260), and having an enable input coupled to an output of the first comparator (240); a discharge circuit (216) coupled to the capacitor (230) and enabled by an output of the second comparator (242); and a toggle circuit (246) coupled to the output of the second comparator (242).
