Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed herein are methods for reducing fouling caused by process water present within a water recycling loop of a pyrolysis plant. Fouling is caused by phase separation and accumulation of materials from the process water on equipment surfaces. The method includes applying a total of about 5 ppm to 500 ppm total of a first polymerization inhibitor and second polymerization inhibitor to the process water to form a treated process water, wherein the first polymerization inhibitor has a pygas-water partition coefficient of about 0.0001 to 9 and the second polymerization inhibitor has a pygas-water partition coefficient of about 1000 to 50,000.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des procédés de réduction de l’encrassement provoqué par l’eau de procédé présente à l’intérieur d’une boucle de recyclage d’eau d’une installation de pyrolyse. L’encrassement est provoqué par la séparation de phases et l’accumulation des matériaux de l’eau de procédé sur les surfaces de l’équipement. Le procédé comprend l'application d'un total d'environ 5 ppm à 500 ppm, total d'un premier inhibiteur de polymérisation et d'un second inhibiteur de polymérisation à l'eau de procédé pour former une eau de procédé traitée, le premier inhibiteur de polymérisation ayant un coefficient de partage de gaz de pyrolyse-eau d'environ 0,0001 à 9 et le second inhibiteur de polymérisation ayant un coefficient de partition de gaz-eau d'environ 1000 à 50000.
