Abstract:
(EN) A process for producing a graphitic film comprising the steps of (a) mixing humic acid (HA) with a carbon precursor polymer and a liquid to form a slurry and forming the slurry into a wet film under the influence of an orientation-inducing stress field to align the HA molecules on a solid substrate; (b) removing the liquid to form a precursor polymer composite film wherein HA occupies a weight fraction of 1% to 99%; (c) carbonizing the precursor polymer composite film at a carbonization temperature of at least 300°C to obtain a carbonized composite film; and (d) thermally treating the carbonized composite film at a final graphitization temperature higher than 1,500°C to obtain the graphitic film. Preferably, the carbon precursor polymer is selected from the group consisting of polyimide, polyamide, polyoxadiazole, polybenzoxazole, polybenzobisoxazole, polythiazole, polybenzothiazole, polybenzobisthiazole, poly(p-phenylene vinylene), polybenzimidazole, polybenzobisimidazole, and combinations thereof.
(FR) Un procédé de production d'un film graphitique comprend les étapes consistant à (a) mélanger de l'acide humique (HA) avec un polymère précurseur de carbone et un liquide pour former une suspension et former la suspension épaisse dans un film humide sous l'influence d'un champ de contrainte induisant une orientation pour aligner les molécules HA sur un substrat solide; (b) éliminer le liquide pour former un film composite polymère précurseur dans lequel HA occupe une fraction de 1 % à 99 % en poids; (c) carboniser le film composite de polymère précurseur à une température de carbonisation d'au moins 300 °C pour obtenir un film composite carbonisé; et (d) traiter thermiquement le film composite carbonisé à une température de graphitisation finale supérieure à 1 500 °C pour obtenir le film graphitique. De préférence, le polymère précurseur de carbone est choisi dans le groupe constitué par le polyimide, le polyamide, le polyoxadiazole, le polybenzoxazole, le polybenzobisoxazole, le polythiazole, le polybenzothiazole, le polybenzobisthiazole, le poly(p-phénylène vinylène), le polybenzimidazole, le polybenzobisimidazole, et des combinaisons de ceux-ci.
