Abstract:
(EN) A robotic orchard spraying system having autonomous delivery vehicles (ADV), each autonomously delivering an amount of a premixed solution over a non-overlapping path verified by a forward-looking sensor, video, or both. A mobile control center, configured to wirelessly inform the autonomous delivery vehicle of the path within the areas and to confirm that the autonomous delivery vehicle is following the path within the area. A mapper vehicle generates the path within the area, the mapper vehicle being configured to communicate information about the path and the area to the command center. The mapper vehicle senses the path with a forward-looking LiDAR sensor, and senses the area with a GPS sensor. A nurse truck has a reservoir of premixed solution for replenishing a tank of the ADV. ADVs and the control center communicate over a radio network, which may be a mesh network, a cellular network, or both.
(FR) La présente invention décrit un système de pulvérisation robotisé pour vergers disposant de véhicules de distribution autonomes (ADV), distribuant chacun de manière autonome une quantité d’une solution prémélangée sur un trajet non chevauchant vérifié par un détecteur à visualisation vers l’avant, une vidéo, ou les deux. La présente invention décrit également un centre de commande mobile, configuré pour informer sans fil le véhicule de distribution autonome du trajet à l’intérieur des zones et pour confirmer que le véhicule de distribution autonome suit le trajet à l’intérieur de la zone. Un véhicule de mappage génère le trajet à l’intérieur de la zone, le véhicule de mappage étant configuré pour communiquer des informations sur le trajet et la zone au centre de commande. Le véhicule de mappage détecte le trajet à l'aide d'un détecteur LiDAR à visualisation vers l’avant, et détecte la zone à l'aide d'un détecteur GPS. Un camion de soin dispose d’un réservoir de solution prémélangée pour réapprovisionner une cuve de l’ADV. Les ADV et le centre de commande communiquent à travers un réseau radio, qui peut être un réseau maillé, un réseau cellulaire, ou les deux.
