Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a graphene-polyimide composite film comprising multilayer graphene particles, and a manufacturing method therefor, and the method for manufacturing a graphene-polyimide composite film can express high thermal conductivity characteristics of graphene while maintaining an insulation characteristic of a polyimide and can manufacture a high heat radiation graphene-polyimide composite film having shielding characteristics with a light transmittance close to 0%. In addition, a precipitation phenomenon can be improved by increasing the dispersibility of materials when manufacturing the composite film by the manufacturing method. Therefore, the graphene-polyimide composite film of the present invention has excellent insulation, heat radiation, and shielding, thereby being useful in the field of electronic materials such as a heat resistant coating agent, an insulating film, a semiconductor, and an electrode protective film.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un film composite de graphène-polyimide comprenant des particules de graphène multicouches, et son procédé de fabrication, et le procédé de fabrication d'un film composite de graphène-polyimide peut exprimer des caractéristiques de conductivité thermique élevée de graphène tout en maintenant une caractéristique d'isolation d'un polyimide et peut fabriquer un film composite de graphène-polyimide à rayonnement thermique élevé ayant des caractéristiques de blindage avec une transmittance de lumière proche de 0 %. De plus, un phénomène de précipitation peut être amélioré en augmentant la dispersibilité des matériaux lors de la fabrication du film composite par le procédé de fabrication. Par conséquent, le film composite de graphène-polyimide de la présente invention présente d'excellents isolation, rayonnement thermique et blindage, ce qui est utile dans le domaine des matériaux électroniques tels qu'un agent de revêtement résistant à la chaleur, un film isolant, un semi-conducteur et un film de protection d'électrode.
(KO) 본 발명은 다층 그래핀 입자를 포함하는 그래핀-폴리이미드 복합필름 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 그래핀-폴리이미드 복합필름의 제조방법에 의하면, 폴리이미드의 절연특성을 유지하면서도 그래핀의 높은 열전도 특성을 발현할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 광투과율이 0%에 가까운 차폐 특성을 갖는 고방열 그래핀-폴리이미드 복합필름을 제조할 수 있다. 또한, 상기 제조방법으로 복합필름 제조시 원료의 분산성을 높여 침전 현상을 개선할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명의 그래핀-폴리이미드 복합필름은 우수한 절연성, 방열성 및 차폐성을 가져 내열코팅제, 절연막, 반도체, 전극 보호막 등의 전자재료 분야에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
