Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to an aluminum alloy having high processability. Specifically, the present invention relates to an aluminum alloy which: comprises, as alloying elements, silicon (Si), magnesium (Mg), copper (Cu), iron (Fe) and manganese (Mn); additionally comprises, as alloying elements, at least one type of rare-earth metal; and has a remainder made up by inevitable impurities and aluminum (Al), wherein the aluminum alloy has a precipitate or crystallized product area ratio of 0.5-8.5%, the precipitate or crystallized product area ratio being the ratio of, to the area of an arbitrary unit circle on an extruded material of the aluminum alloy, the area of all precipitates or crystallized products which are precipitates or crystallized products of residual silicon left over after generating a Mg2Si precipitate and contained in the unit circle, and which have areas of at least 1 µm2. The aluminum alloy exhibits excellent cutting processability, hole processability, etc. during a drilling process, and simultaneously exhibits excellent extrusion properties, surface roughness, dimensional accuracy, strength, corrosion resistance, etc.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un alliage d'aluminium possédant une grande aptitude au traitement. Plus précisément, la présente invention concerne un alliage d'aluminium comprenant, en tant qu'éléments d'alliage, du silicium (Si), du magnésium (Mg), du cuivre (Cu), du fer (Fe) et du manganèse (Mn); comprenant en outre, en tant qu'éléments d'alliage, au moins un type de métal des terres rares; et le reste étant constitué d'impuretés inévitables et d'aluminium (Al), l'alliage d'aluminium possédant un rapport de surface de produit précipité ou cristallisé de 0,5 à 8,5 %, le rapport de surface de produit précipité ou cristallisé étant le rapport, pour la surface d'un cercle unitaire arbitraire sur un matériau extrudé de l'alliage d'aluminium, de la surface de tous les produits précipités ou cristallisés qui sont des produits précipités ou cristallisés du silicium résiduel restant après la génération d'un précipité de Mg2Si et contenu dans le cercle unitaire, et possédant des surface d'au moins 1 µm2. L'alliage d'aluminium fait preuve d'une excellente aptitude au traitement de coupe, d'une excellente aptitude à l'usinage de trous, etc. pendant un processus de perçage, et fait preuve simultanément d'excellentes propriétés d'extrusion, de rugosité de surface, de précision dimensionnelle, de solidité, de résistance à la corrosion, etc.
(KO) 본 발명은 고가공성 알루미늄 합금에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로 본 발명은 합금원소로서 규소(Si), 마그네슘(Mg), 구리(Cu), 철(Fe) 및 망간(Mn)을 포함하고, 합금원소로서 1종 이상의 희토류 금속을 추가로 포함하고, 잔량부는 불가피한 불순물 및 알루미늄(Al)을 포함하며, 알루미늄 합금의 압출재에서의 임의의 단위원의 면적 대비 단위원내에 포함되고 Mg2Si 석출물을 생성시키고 남은 잔여 규소의 석출물 또는 정출물로서 면적이 1 ㎛2 이상인 잔여 규소의 석출물 또는 정출물들 전체의 면적의 비율인 석출물 또는 정출물 면적률이 0.5 내지 8.5% 이고, 드릴 가공시 탁월한 절삭 가공성, 홀 가공성 등을 나타내는 동시에 압출성, 표면조도, 치수정밀도, 강도, 내식성 등이 우수한 알루미늄 합금에 관한 것이다.
